Shangri-La City
Named after the fictional land of Shangri-La in the 1933 James Hilton novel Lost Horizon, this small city is a popular tourist destination due to its many nearby cultural attractions such as the Gandan Sumtseling Monastery, Pudacuo National Park, and Tiger Leaping Gorge.
