Nā Pali Coast State Park
This state park in northwest Kauai is inaccessible by vehicles, but can be enjoyed via hiking, helicopter or boat. Its iconic nā pali (high cliffs) along the shoreline rise as much as 4,000 feet (1,200 m) above the ocean and has made it a popular filming location.
