This hillside garden is Japan's largest herb garden with around 75,000 herbs and flowers of about 200 kinds blooming throughout the year in 12 spacious areas. The garden is accessed by a ropeway cable car which offers stunning panoramic views of Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka.
