This large canyon is famous for passing a rock formation known as the "Three Rondavels" as the formation resembles three African-style "Rondavel" houses. The canyon and surrounding Drakensberg escarpment is part of South Africa's Panorama Route, and includes other landmarks such as God's Window, the Pinnacle, and the alien-like Bourke's Luck Potholes.
